Project Manus’ mission includes building student maker communities and empowering our students to make a positive impact on the world. In order to highlight the important connections between the maker community, sustainability, design, and reuse, Project Manus recently hosted two well attended sustainability maker socials helping MIT students laser engrave their own sets of reusable bamboo utensils to cut down on plastic waste on campus.
You have a chance to support Project Manus and our mission by giving to Project Manus Fund as part of the Climate & Sustainability Groups MIT 24-Hour Challenge. With your help, we can make a difference in MIT students’ lives so they can make a difference in the world.
